Design & Planning Services

bulletResidential landscape design using FireWise principles. We can work with your local designer or be the overall designer for your plantings, patios, pools and other features in harmony with fire protection.

bulletCommercial system design, specifications, materials take-off and cost estimates.

bulletIndustrial applications with VFD pump systems, distributed power, lake design, tanks, Thermo-Gel injection, computerized central controls and remote monitoring. Size of project is unlimited.

bulletForest or open range systems focus on early detection and remote monitoring to improve fire spotting. Mobile Thermo-Gel systems decrease remote water use up to 50% and are better than foams.

bulletGary Kaye, VP, has a Landscape Architecture degree from Cornell University and is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects. KCC has certified irrigation designers on staff as well.

Pictured: OFP system for a master-planned community using 2500gpm variable frequency drive pumps and recreational lake as a reservoir. Each lot has it's own protection system with an outside wetted fire break that protects the community as a whole. All projects come with a firm bid for materials and installation.

No Lake? We can design your system using tanks, wells, city water or swimming pools in any terrain and climate. No Power? We incorporate self-contained distributed generation. No Communications? No communciation needed, the system has automatic operation and can be monitored off site anywhere via internet or cell phone.
