Residential projects are limited to luxury homes, estates and
master planned communities. We offer Do-It-Yourself homeowner kits for all others. Our
design-build approach consists of three key steps:
- Design plan with FireWise principles. We work with your architects or
can handle the entire landscape design-build project ourselves.
- Clearing, thinning, fuel removal and create easy emergency access.
- Provide water delivery systems with ThermoGel fire retardant, nozzles,
all required hardware with homeowner guide to operations and maintenance.

Developers and HOA's can benefit from a large-scale plan for your particular
community that sets minimum standards and decreases overall risk. Our
easy-to-use systems could become a popular option for potential home buyers

Commercial ski lodges, hotels and businesses can lower their risk
substantially with a custom designed and built outdoor fire protection
system. On new projects Kaye Contracting works with your general contractor
and architects to ensure simple risk management steps are taken during
development. Existing properties are carefully studied, cost estimated and
