Details

Residential projects are limited to luxury homes, estates and master planned communities. We offer Do-It-Yourself homeowner kits for all others. Our design-build approach consists of three key steps:

  1. Design plan with FireWise principles. We work with your architects or can handle the entire landscape design-build project ourselves.
  2. Clearing, thinning, fuel removal and create easy emergency access.
  3. Provide water delivery systems with ThermoGel fire retardant, nozzles, all required hardware with homeowner guide to operations and maintenance.

Get Kaye Contracting on board early in your new construction project. Developers and HOA's can benefit from a large-scale plan for your particular community that sets minimum standards and decreases overall risk. Our easy-to-use systems could become a popular option for potential home buyers where wildfire risk is a concern.

Commercial ski lodges, hotels and businesses can lower their risk substantially with a custom designed and built outdoor fire protection system. On new projects Kaye Contracting works with your general contractor and architects  to ensure simple risk management steps are taken during development. Existing properties are carefully studied, cost estimated and retrofitted with specialized hardware.

There is no limit to project size. Where there is no water or power, we provide it. Simply put, we will design and build these systems anywhere you have a need for fire protection no matter how remote your site.

Industrial systems are designed and built for the following applications:
  1. Refineries, chemical plants, manufacturers, warehouse and transportation.
  2. Remote sites, weather stations, observatories, timber stands, oil fields.
  3. Government, military and municipal installations subject to fire risk.

There is no limit to project size - single tank protection or thousands of acres. We will work with your personnel to custom design and build a large project capable of lowering overall fire risk incorporating power, water supply, fire retardants and maintenance regime.
